ALL passes are non-refundable. Lost tickets, badges, and bracelets cannot be replaced.
Are the passes transferable?
No. All of the C23FF passes are NON-transferable. At check-in, you will be given a badge and a festival bracelet. Neither are replaceable. The bracelet and badge must be worn together in the venue, and for re-admission, if you leave the venue. Anyone missing either the badge or the bracelet will not be re-admitted.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
ID is required to get festival badge. All ages are welcome, but be advised that some films have adult themes and language.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Ample parking is across the street from the venue.
What about food and drink?
Food and drink are available for purchase at the festival. There is also a full bar selection for purchase.
What is allowed in the theater?
Bottled water only is permitted in the theater. No food is allowed. The use of phones and other backlit devices are not permitted in the theater after the film has started. Any filming of the festival films and shorts will result in confiscation of your device and the cancellation of your pass.
What's the refund policy?
Passes are non-refundable. Lost passes cannot be replaced.
